Gensler - Dallas, TX: 2015-2017

This project began with a 10 acre master plan of which 3 buildings were executed through permit. The design focused on scale and character help to extend the delicate retail fabric in an older residential neighborhood. Street cross section, landscape patterns, retail depth, and pedestrian access were just a few concepts that solidify the approach.
